Hey spirit!

I know that most of us have been practising real hard for the cheers and dances. We know that what is lacking is passion, but somehow we cannot really inject this feeling into our cheers and dances.

After searching around, I found a very good video of heart, love, and passion put into cheering and dancing. It's the video of the VJ Knights cheering team in the finals of the singapore kindness movement cheerfest in 2007.
Their cheering style may not be one that our department is aiming at, but their spirit and zest is definitely something that we must learn from.
Take a look at it and compare it to our own cheering and dancing. What are we missing that is so obviously present in their performance?

We need to be proud of our cheers and dances. Be sure of our every move and word. Love. Confidence. Only then will we really have the motivation to LEAD all the others to do the same as us. We want them to do our cheers and dances as well.

Another thing is, along the way, it is (confirm plus chop x1000) sure that people will criticise our cheers and dances. If we know that what we are doing is right, do not do not be disheartened! Continue to cheer and dance your hearts out. Win them over with your faith and passion. And always remember, no matter what happens, we will always be in it together as one department.

Lastly, and most importantly. SPIRIT. For all our stuff, not only cheering and dancing, to work, all of us have to put in our utmost effort. ALL OF US.

Like Mr Yeo said, just putting all these on paper is no use. We need to translate it into action. So, do your best everyone, I know we are capable of much much more than how we are performing now.

Good luck for the Big Walk. And for all the upcoming projects to come.
Show them what we've got!
GO SPIRIT. We can do it.
